We were called to this Dorchester property during the winter because water was coming in through the roof, an investigation found the lead valley between the client's 2 roof's had a number of splits.

After carrying out a temporary repair we returned in early summer to erect a scaffold, strip out the the damaged lead and replace it. The client's roof is now water tight and will last for many years to come, protecting them from any further damage
